Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition (unaltered, unworn, and with all tags intact). We are unable to offer cash refunds; instead, store credit is issued for eligible returns.
Important Conditions for Returns:
- Hair must remain in original packaging and not have been worn, washed, or installed.
- Products must be free of chemical treatments (coloring, bleaching) and any alterations.
- Hygiene and safety standards prevent us from accepting hair that has been opened or unraveled.
Exchange Policy:
We’re happy to offer exchanges in the form of store credit within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at info@kayesfabhair.com or call 844-615-HAIR.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All wigs and custom orders are final sale.
- Special or custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
Additional Details:
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), including applicable taxes.
Note: Shipping costs and taxes on shipping are non-refundable.
