Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns receive store credit. We are unable to offer cash refunds.

To be eligible, hair must be in its original condition and original packaging:

• Not opened, unraveled, worn, washed, conditioned or installed
• Not colored, bleached or altered
• Rubber bands not cut

Because hair extensions are a hygienic product, we can't accept hair that has been opened or unraveled.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered as store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Final sale

• All wigs and custom orders are final sale.
• Special or custom orders can't be returned unless there is a defect.

Store credit

Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the item(s), including applicable taxes. Shipping costs and taxes on shipping are non-refundable.
