Coloring Policy  

We suggest not coloring Kaye's Fab Hair extensions beyond a #27 shade. For optimal results, it’s always best to consult a licensed hair colorist.

Please note that lightening treatments or multiple coloring sessions may affect the hair's quality, leading to potential dryness and shedding. We are not liable for any changes made to the extensions, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any way.

Hair Care Guide  

Keep your extensions looking fabulous by following these simple steps:

  • Wash: Clean your hair once every two weeks using sulfate- and paraben-free shampoos.
  • Detangle: Brush gently before washing to prevent breakage.
  • Lather & Rinse: Wash in a downward motion for best results.
  • Air Dry or Blow Dry: Allow your hair to dry naturally if wearing it in its natural state, or blow-dry and continue with heat styling.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days, $10
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 days, $20
  • Priority Express: 1-2 days, $30

Shipping: Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hours or less. Expect tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns: We offer store credit for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the hair remains in its original condition (unaltered, with tags intact). Note that we do not offer cash refunds. All wigs and custom orders are final sale.
