How many bundles do you need for your install? This is a question that every hair buyer asks themselves before they purchase. You want to make sure that you have enough, but not too much. Let’s take a look at some factors in determining how many bundles of hair are needed for an installation:
How to determine how many bundles you need
Hair Length
1. The number of bundles you need for your install will depend on the style. Kaye's Fab Hair, all bundles have 100g aprox. The longer the length of your bundles, the greater amount of hair you will need. It is best to have 3-5 bundles for full installation depending on how much hair you want.
Shorter pieces may need only 2 bundles. 12” or less hair, two bundles may be more than sufficient. This length has plenty of volume on the weft. We recommend 2-3 bundles for styles 14” -20". Hair that is 20” and longer, one needs about 3 to 4 bundles of virgin human hair.
Hair Texture
2.There are several hair textures that are popular on the market, including straight, wavy and curly hair. Which hair texture do you prefer? curly hair and straight hair have different density, so it is important to consider this when deciding on how many bundles of weave we need. For curly hair weave bundles, we often need less hair due to the natural thickness of curly hair. We recommend purchasing 2-3 bundles of virgin hair for your desired look.
Peruvian hair has a natural straight look from root to tip, but if you want a fuller style you'll need more bundles. We recommend purchasing 3-4 bundles of hair to be sufficient.
