RETURN POLICY:

Yes, We do accept returns.

The product must be returned within 14 days, in the original condition in which you received it. If 14 days has passed since your items have been delivered, we cannot accept returns.  
Since virgin human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, we can’t accept returns of hair that has been unraveled or worn.  If you wish to return it please do not open it.

What exactly is meant by “in the original condition?”
✓ Hair has NOT been washed
✓ Hair has NOT been conditioned
✓ Hair has NOT been worn or installed
✓ Hair has NOT been colored or bleached
✓ Rubber bands have NOT been cut
