Once you receive your package you have three days to inspect all merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have three days from the date of delivery to contact us. All exchanged merchandise must be received in its original condition. There will be no exchanges for any used or altered bundles (i.e. Merchandise must be returned unworn and unprocessed. This includes but is not limited to: dyes, rinses, lifts, bleaching, straightened, etc. Bundles that have been unraveled will also NOT be exchanged!) . NO EXCEPTIONS! At Kaye's Fab Hair we try our best to meet your needs. While we accept hair shade requests, it is important to remember that we provide virgin hair so we can not guarantee the shades requested or that each bundle will be identical to one another in color. We receive an array of browns and will try our very best to match colors to your desire. Please be prepared to have your bundles dyed to achieve your desired color(s), if necessary.
